Kodak printer
I was so excited when Kodak went into the printing business. Many companies have taken their photo paper business and camera business. I thought it was justified they went into the printing business. Ouch Kodak printers were going to cost a lot(a lot more) than the free printers you get when buying a computer. BUt, the ink was 1/3 the cost, and better quality. Sounds great. I stuck it out and Kodak even got the cost of their printers down . Go look at the ink section at a store that sells ink for printers.
Kodak has a very small section ..all other brands have …a tremendous amount of crap to pick thru.
I actually had a problem with my printer, I called customer support and was talking to an English speaking tech in less than 30 seconds. They sent me what I needed and wanted the failed equipment back. They didn’t want me to return it and get anaother. I received the new equipment(better than what I had purchased by the way) and it works great.
American company with great customer service. I will buy Kodak printers from now on until I get a better sales rep.
