Youth Baseball | Free Throwing Drill for Youth Baseball

A youth baseball coach of over 15 years told  us about this drill so we tried it at practice and the kids had a lot of  fun with it, and a lot of throwing repetitions.

This infield drill focuses on making good throws from various points in the infield, using your hand to pick up a stopped ball and your first baseman gets a lot of work also.
